Job description
The Staff RN delivers professional nursing services by applying the nursing process to create and execute personalized patient care strategies. They take on a leadership role within the healthcare team, prioritizing patient safety, maintaining precise documentation, and facilitating clear communication with patients and their families. Applicants must hold a valid Registered Nurse License in California and have current Basic Life Support certification. Additionally, at least six months of experience in an acute or sub-acute care setting within the past three years is required.
