Job description
**Assistant Manager**
The Assistant Manager is responsible for managing the daily operations of food and beverage services, which encompasses supervising staff, controlling inventory, and upholding excellent guest service standards. Key duties include ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, addressing guest inquiries and complaints, and enhancing efficiency within the department. Applicants should have a minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in food and beverage management, along with exceptional leadership and interpersonal abilities. Familiarity with POS systems and Microsoft Office is essential, and candidates must be available to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
