**Assistant Store Manager**

In collaboration with the Store Manager, they will focus on enhancing sales, training team members, and promoting a positive, mission-focused team atmosphere. Ideal candidates should possess a minimum of two years of experience in a leadership role and exhibit strong interpersonal abilities. This position demands a results-driven individual who can maintain a flexible schedule, including availability during weekends and holidays.
