The role of Food Service Attendant involves managing dishwashing and sanitation tasks, which consist of removing dishes from trays, operating dishwashing machines, and ensuring kitchen equipment is clean. This position also requires maintaining the cleanliness of carts and floors in the kitchen of the medical center. Applicants are expected to fulfill educational qualifications necessary for certification, licensing, or registration. Furthermore, a California Fire and Life Safety Card must be acquired within the first 30 days of employment.
