The front desk associate plays a crucial role in greeting members, assisting them on their fitness journeys, and fostering trusting relationships. This position entails maintaining a clean, safe, and well-kept gym environment while delivering outstanding customer service. Applicants should have a minimum of one year of experience in retail or fitness sales and demonstrate a strong commitment to customer service. Furthermore, candidates must secure CPR and AED certification within 60 days of starting their role.
