**Front End Coach**
The Front End Coach is responsible for guiding and nurturing store associates through effective training, constructive feedback, and well-defined expectations, all aimed at delivering exceptional customer service. Additionally, this role focuses on enhancing financial outcomes by overseeing budgets, inventory levels, and operational tasks to meet sales and profit targets. Applicants should possess a minimum of 2 years of college education or 1 year of retail experience coupled with 1 year of supervisory experience. This position necessitates the ability to manage a team of over 20 associates and may require specific background checks for locations selling firearms.
