**Retail Front End Team Leader**
The Retail Front End Team Leader is responsible for managing front-end operations, enhancing employee productivity, and maintaining exceptional standards for customer service and store upkeep. This position also involves overseeing payroll, aiding in merchandising strategies, and playing a key role in the recruitment and training of store associates. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or equivalent and have 1 to 2 years of supervisory experience in a retail setting. Flexibility in scheduling is necessary to accommodate evenings, weekends, and holidays, along with the capability to lift up to 50 pounds.
