**Front End Team Leader**
The Front End Team Leader is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of daily front-end activities, which includes monitoring associate productivity, upholding customer service standards, and maintaining the store’s appearance. This position entails managing payroll, aiding in merchandising efforts, and supporting the recruitment and development of store associates. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or its equivalent and have a minimum of 1-2 years of supervisory experience in a retail setting. The role demands flexibility in scheduling to accommodate evenings, weekends, and holidays, along with the capability to perform physical tasks, such as lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds.
