Job description
The Shift Leader plays a key role in mentoring team members to uphold operational standards and provide outstanding service to guests. This position involves overseeing everyday store functions, such as managing inventory, handling cash transactions, and maintaining food safety protocols during their shift. Applicants must be a minimum of 18 years of age and hold a high school diploma or GED. Prior leadership experience in retail, restaurant, or hospitality settings is essential, as well as basic computer proficiency and fluency in English.
