The Front Office Representative plays a crucial role in overseeing the patient check-in and check-out process, organizing appointment schedules, and confirming insurance eligibility. Additionally, this position involves maintaining client databases, addressing medication-related inquiries, and arranging transportation services as required. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or G.E.D. along with previous clerical experience, ideally within a behavioral health environment. It is highly desirable for candidates to have completed a Medical Assistant training program and obtained certification.
