Job description
The FSQ Technician plays a crucial role in carrying out quality monitoring protocols, conducting physical and chemical analyses, and verifying cleaning procedures. This position also involves the upkeep of food safety documentation and ensuring that the FSQ laboratory is clean and well-organized. Applicants should possess a minimum of one year of experience in a quality assurance role within the food or beverage production sector. A high school diploma or its equivalent is required, and the ability to stand for prolonged periods of over eight hours and lift weight up to 30 lbs is essential.
