**Job Title: Assistant Store Manager**
The Assistant Store Manager oversees the daily functions of the store, coordinates employee schedules, and executes strategies to enhance store performance and uphold customer service excellence. Additionally, they handle inventory management, merchandise presentation, and the training of team members to align with company objectives. Applicants should possess a minimum of 3 years of relevant retail experience and be at least 18 years of age. A high school diploma or equivalent is desirable, as well as the capability to engage in physical tasks, including lifting weights of up to 45 pounds.
