The Vice President of Global Service Operations & Excellence plays a pivotal role in steering the operational framework to guarantee safe, efficient, and scalable service delivery throughout the organization. This position utilizes data analytics, automation, and artificial intelligence to enhance fleet performance, bolster cybersecurity, and strengthen operational infrastructure, all while fostering ongoing improvement. Applicants should possess over 15 years of progressively responsible executive leadership experience in services or industrial operations, showcasing a successful history of driving digital transformation initiatives. A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or Operations Management is necessary, with an MBA or similar advanced degree being advantageous.
