**Job Title: Manager, Workup**
The Manager, Workup plays a crucial role in providing guidance and operational oversight for a team responsible for overseeing the qualification, collection, and recovery of donors. This position involves tracking performance indicators, maintaining compliance with regulations, and spearheading initiatives aimed at continuous improvement to elevate the donor experience and operational effectiveness. Applicants should possess a bachelor’s degree in a health-related field, alongside 3 to 5 years of leadership experience within a clinical or donor-services setting. A solid understanding of project management, quality systems, and the capability to lead high-performing teams in a regulated environment are essential qualifications for this role.
