**Assistant Store Manager**
The Assistant Store Manager oversees the daily operations of the store, coordinates employee schedules, and guarantees the store’s performance and upkeep. They play a key role in crafting operational strategies, training staff, and upholding inventory management and loss prevention standards. Applicants should be a minimum of 18 years old and have at least 3 years of advancing experience in retail. Essential qualities include excellent communication, leadership, and organizational abilities, along with the capability to carry out physical tasks, including lifting items weighing up to 45 pounds.
