**Job Title: Engineering Leader for North American Hotel Portfolio**
In this role, you will deliver technical guidance and operational management for engineering teams within the North American hotel portfolio. You will be responsible for overseeing capital projects, implementing energy efficiency programs, and ensuring adherence to safety and building regulations. Candidates should have substantial experience in hotel engineering or facilities management, along with a robust technical understanding of building systems. The position requires significant travel and the capability to motivate and support teams across various locations.
