**Assistant Store Manager**
The Assistant Store Manager oversees the daily operations of the store, coordinates employee schedules, and executes strategies to enhance store performance. This role includes training staff, upholding inventory levels, and delivering outstanding customer service. Applicants should possess a minimum of three years of advancement in retail experience and must be at least 18 years of age. Essential qualifications include a solid understanding of management practices, the physical capability to lift up to 45 pounds, and excellent communication skills.
