The Production Supervisor plays a key role in spearheading safety programs and overseeing the production workforce to guarantee exceptional product quality. This position emphasizes team growth and the attainment of performance goals in different production sectors within the plant. Applicants should possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial manufacturing along with prior leadership roles. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is advantageous, and familiarity with pallet rack manufacturing as well as D365 ERP systems is preferred.
