**Framer**
The Framer plays a key role in developing tailored framing solutions while fostering relationships with customers and enhancing sales performance. This position also involves supporting store operations, which include tasks like merchandising, unloading shipments, and ensuring the workspace is safe and tidy. Ideal candidates should have foundational computer skills and measuring abilities, as well as the capability to use framing machinery. Experience in retail or sales is advantageous, and the job demands physical endurance for lifting and prolonged standing.
