Job description
The Assistant Manager will be responsible for supervising daily operations within the store, guiding and mentoring the team, and guaranteeing exceptional experiences for our guests. This role includes upholding store standards, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations, and managing cost controls. Applicants should have a minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in the restaurant or retail sector and exhibit excellent communication and multitasking abilities. Flexibility to work during evenings and weekends is essential to support ongoing store operations.
