The Treatment Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the orthodontic experience for patients by detailing treatment plans, managing financial options, and conducting consultations. This role includes offering clinical assistance to orthodontists and ensuring smooth office operations to deliver excellent patient care. Candidates should possess a high school diploma or GED and have a minimum of three years of customer service experience, two years in sales, and one year in treatment coordination. Familiarity with Microsoft Office and medical terminology is essential, and experience in orthodontic assisting is highly desirable.
