**Job Title: Store Manager Trainee**
The Store Manager Trainee will oversee and cultivate the development of store staff while maintaining exceptional operational standards and customer service excellence. This role involves managing key performance indicators (KPIs), operating within budgetary constraints, overseeing inventory, and ensuring adherence to company policies and safety guidelines.
