The Sales Specialist provides outstanding service to both pets and their owners while aiding in the smooth running of store operations and merchandising initiatives. This role also involves mentoring less experienced team members and assisting management with daily duties and customer inquiries. Ideal candidates will possess a minimum of one year of experience in retail and a deep enthusiasm for animal welfare. The position demands strong communication abilities, multitasking skills in a dynamic setting, and the physical ability to lift items weighing up to 50 pounds.
