**Store Manager in Training**
As a Store Manager in Training, you will gain expertise in the day-to-day operations of the store, which involves cash management, inventory control, and maintenance of facility standards. You will guide your team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional service. Key responsibilities include ensuring adherence to safety regulations, training team members, and overseeing profit and loss (P&L) metrics to drive financial success. Applicants should possess a minimum of 7 years in retail, restaurant, or convenience store environments, with experience in a supervisory role. This position necessitates adaptability to work a variety of shifts, including early mornings, evenings, overnight hours, weekends, and holidays.
