Job Summary
The Teller plays a vital role in delivering prompt and precise financial services, while also informing members about the various products offered by the credit union. This position is instrumental in fostering a culture focused on both service and sales, as the Teller will engage in cross-selling tailored solutions that cater to the unique requirements of each member.
Responsibilities
- Provide efficient and accurate financial transactions for members.
- Educate members about the credit union’s products and services.
- Support a culture that prioritizes sales and customer service.
- Cross-sell appropriate solutions to address individual member needs.
Qualifications
- Possess a high school diploma or GED.
- Have at least 6 months of experience in a customer service or transactional environment.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills.
- Show the ability to manage cash with accuracy.
