Job Summary
The General Laborer plays a crucial role in supporting the operations of the plant through various manual tasks. This includes constructing boxes, organizing materials, and transferring products into containers. Additionally, the General Laborer is charged with keeping the workspace clean and sanitary, while also providing assistance to the production team to promote efficiency in operations.
Responsibilities
- Construct and assemble boxes as needed for production use.
- Stage materials to ensure they are readily available for production processes.
- Efficiently transfer finished products into containers as required.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary working environment at all times.
- Assist production staff to enhance operational effectiveness.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting weights of up to 50 lbs.
- Previous experience in manufacturing or food production is preferred, though not mandatory.
