Job description
The General Manager will lead the daily operations of the restaurant, focusing on customer service, recruitment, and training of staff. Additionally, they will be accountable for the financial outcomes through P&L management and will take care of staff scheduling. Applicants should demonstrate excellent leadership abilities, a genuine enthusiasm for the hospitality industry, and independent problem-solving skills. A background check and a valid driver’s license are prerequisites for this role.
