**Job Title: General Manager**
The General Manager will lead the daily operations of the store, prioritizing exceptional customer service and ensuring all equipment functions efficiently. This position involves managing staff schedules, facilitating training, overseeing inventory management, and monitoring financial outcomes to align with corporate objectives. Applicants should possess a minimum of 3 years in retail sales and 2 years of experience in team leadership. This role also demands the physical capacity to remain on your feet for extended periods, lift items weighing up to 35 pounds, and work a varied schedule, including weekends.
