Job Summary
The General Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the successful operation and profitability of the property. This position encompasses the management of financial planning, the enhancement of net operating income, and the supervision of day-to-day activities.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the overall performance and functionality of the property.
- Manage financial budgets to ensure fiscal responsibility.
- Maximize net operating income through effective strategies.
- Direct daily operations while leading diverse teams.
- Foster and maintain positive relationships with tenants.
- Develop and execute strategic plans for marketing and leasing.
Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of experience in shopping center management or a related area.
- A bachelor’s degree is highly preferred.
- Exceptional skills in leadership and communication.
- Strong analytical abilities to assess and improve operational performance.
