**General Manager**
The General Manager will oversee the entire restaurant operation, leading both front and back of house teams while upholding exemplary hospitality standards. This role encompasses the management of financial activities, inventory control, food quality assurance, and adherence to safety and hygiene regulations. Candidates should have prior experience in restaurant management and be physically capable of handling tasks that may require lifting up to 50 pounds.
