Job Summary
The General Manager will be in charge of the daily operational functions of the Corpus Christi business unit, encompassing service, projects, construction, and sales. This role is pivotal in ensuring financial performance through effective P&L management, promoting revenue expansion, and cultivating a workplace culture that prioritizes safety and accountability.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily operations for the business unit.
- Manage service, project execution, construction processes, and sales initiatives.
- Drive revenue growth and ensure profitable P&L performance.
- Promote and uphold a culture of high performance focusing on safety and accountability.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of leadership experience in commercial HVAC, mechanical contracting, or MEP services.
- Demonstrated expertise in P&L ownership.
- Strong operational discipline and team management skills.
