Job description
The General Manager plays a crucial role in fostering membership expansion, enhancing revenue, and achieving operational excellence at the club. This position involves leading a dynamic team to provide an outstanding experience for members while ensuring the club adheres to its financial and performance objectives. Ideal candidates will possess 3-5 years of management experience in sectors such as retail, hospitality, or fitness, and have a demonstrated ability to oversee teams effectively. It is necessary to obtain CPR/AED and Personal Training certifications within the initial 90 days of starting the role.
