Job description
The General Manager plays a crucial role in managing the everyday functions of the store, including budget management and achieving sales objectives. This position involves leading, training, and mentoring a team of optical specialists to provide outstanding customer service. Applicants should possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail supervisory role and at least 1 year of experience in optical management. A high school diploma or GED is necessary, though a college degree is preferred.
