**Job Title: General Manager**
The General Manager will be responsible for managing the everyday operations, fostering revenue enhancement, and handling the profit and loss for a designated location. This role entails cultivating a customer-centric culture, developing team members, and actively seeking organic growth as well as possible mergers and acquisitions. Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree alongside a minimum of 3 years of experience in a management or supervisory role, with a strong emphasis on P&L oversight. A background in or an appreciation for the skilled trades sector is essential, as is a demonstrated ability in leadership and effective communication.
