Job description
The General Manager will oversee the daily operations of the store, which includes the recruitment, training, and development of staff members. This role requires managing labor and food expenses while maintaining exceptional standards for food quality and customer service. Applicants must be a minimum of 18 years old and have prior experience in a leadership or management role. Additionally, candidates should have a valid driver’s license, dependable transportation, and the flexibility to work weekends and various shifts.
