**Job Title: Sales Counselor**
The Sales Counselor oversees the complete sales journey from the first inquiry to the point of residency by advocating for the community and identifying the needs of prospective residents. Key responsibilities include achieving sales goals, managing lead information within Salesforce, and presenting residency agreements to potential clients. Applicants are expected to have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience along with 1-3 years in a sales position. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is necessary, alongside excellent interpersonal skills appropriate for hospitality and effective presentations.
