**Job Title: Operations Team Lead**
The Operations Team Lead is responsible for overseeing the daily operational activities related to parking, trails, and facilities, leading a team of up to 25 staff members. This position guarantees adherence to guest-ready standards, organizes event setups, and upholds safety and security measures throughout the property. Ideal candidates will possess prior experience in operations, facilities management, or grounds maintenance, ideally with a leadership background in a hospitality or attraction setting. A valid driver’s license is required, along with the physical capability to lift up to 80 pounds and to work in an outdoor environment.
