Job description
The General Manager is tasked with supervising the overall performance of the store, focusing on objectives related to food quality, labor efficiency, and customer service, all while adhering to the standards set by Domino’s Pizza. This role includes responsibilities such as staffing, training, maintaining equipment, and managing inventory in designated locations. The ideal candidate should be prepared to work at least 50 hours per week and uphold the store’s budget and operational guidelines. Additionally, they will be responsible for conducting self-assessments, overseeing team performance, and ensuring that all safety and security protocols are rigorously implemented.
