**Job Title: Merchandising Assistant Manager**
The Merchandising Assistant Manager oversees the daily activities of store employees, emphasizing effective merchandising, freight management, and the upkeep of store presentation. This individual also supports the Store Manager in overseeing inventory, strategizing sales initiatives, and maintaining a welcoming and secure environment for both customers and team members. Ideal candidates will have relevant experience in retail and management, along with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. The position necessitates physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs and engage in frequent walking, standing, and manual tasks.
