Job description
The General Manager plays a crucial role in managing all outcomes at the store level, focusing on targets related to food quality, labor efficiency, and service excellence, while upholding the standards set by Domino’s Pizza. This position entails overseeing staffing, conducting training, ensuring proper maintenance of equipment, and delivering precise financial reports for designated locations. The ideal candidate must be prepared to work at least 50 hours per week and uphold both store budgets and operational criteria. A strong understanding of profit and loss analysis, inventory control, and strict compliance with safety and security protocols is essential.
