Job description
The Director of Technology Project Management is responsible for steering the complete execution of the Annuity Modernization Program, directing intricate technology transformations and strategic efforts. This position manages program governance, oversees financial performance, cultivates vendor partnerships, and coordinates cross-functional teams to drive successful business results. Applicants should possess more than a decade of experience in technology, with substantial expertise in leading large-scale modernization initiatives and multi-million-dollar projects. A bachelor’s degree is favored, and candidates should demonstrate strong command of Agile, SAFe, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
