Job description
The General Manager will oversee the entire operations of the store, which involves managing costs, inventory control, and cash management. This role requires strong leadership to guide the team, ensuring compliance with company policies while upholding exceptional customer service and cleanliness standards within the store. Ideal candidates should demonstrate effective leadership abilities, strong mathematical skills, and the capacity to multitask to efficiently handle daily operations. Additionally, the position demands proficiency in operating store equipment, the physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds, and a valid driver’s license for delivery responsibilities.
