**Job Title: Customer Relationship Manager**
In this position, you will take charge of nurturing customer relationships, recognizing potential sales opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and engaging in prospecting activities. You will be tasked with ensuring that CRM data is kept accurate and up-to-date, while also complying with internal protocols and regulatory requirements. To qualify, candidates should possess an NQF Level 5 Higher, Advance, or Occupational Certificate or a similar credential. Strong interpersonal abilities and a knack for adhering to predefined sales scripts and operational guidelines are essential for success in this role.
