The Veterinary Technician will support veterinarians with patient care, surgery, anesthesia, and recovery while performing technical duties like lab work and radiographs. They are also responsible for maintaining accurate medical records and providing clear communication to clients regarding care instructions. Candidates must have at least one year of veterinary experience and the ability to handle animals safely and compassionately. Knowledge of common disease states and familiarity with safety guidelines such as DEA and OSHA are required.
