Job description
The Assistant Manager plays a crucial role in supervising the store’s operations throughout their shifts. This involves overseeing staff management, inventory tracking, and cash handling. Additionally, they are responsible for delivering excellent customer service, preparing products in line with company standards, and maintaining a clean and professional environment within the restaurant. Applicants should be a minimum of 18 years of age and demonstrate strong leadership and motivational abilities to effectively manage a team ranging from 3 to 30 employees. A valid driver’s license, a clean driving history, and access to a reliable and insured vehicle are essential for fulfilling delivery responsibilities.
