Job description
The General Manager is tasked with managing the complete operations of the store, focusing on cost management, inventory oversight, and upholding excellent customer service standards. This role involves leading the team, ensuring compliance with company guidelines, and handling daily administrative duties alongside food preparation responsibilities. Ideal candidates should have robust leadership qualities, proficiency in mathematics, and strong multitasking abilities, as well as the capacity to adhere to detailed operational protocols. A current driver’s license and access to a vehicle that is insured are necessary for any delivery-related responsibilities.
