The Senior Manager will oversee and cultivate the End User Services team, focusing on the definition and execution of ITSM processes throughout various locations in North America. This role entails managing the lifecycle of endpoints and identity services, while also guaranteeing exceptional IT support through ongoing enhancements in service quality. Applicants should possess a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 10 years of experience in IT service delivery, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity. Candidates must demonstrate expertise in ITSM platforms, Windows endpoint infrastructure, and Microsoft 365.
