Job description
**Lead Teacher**
The Lead Teacher is responsible for managing day-to-day operations within the preschool classroom, executing educational strategies, and incorporating trauma-informed approaches to enhance children’s development. This role includes mentoring and supervising staff as well as promoting family involvement through meetings and home visits. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, along with relevant degrees or certificates in Early Childhood Education. Furthermore, applicants should have experience working with both children and adults, and must secure necessary certifications such as First Aid and CPR.
