The General Manager plays a crucial role in managing the daily functions of the restaurant, which encompasses overseeing inventory management, cash transactions, and profitability strategies. They are also responsible for leading employee training initiatives, maintaining food safety protocols, and enhancing sales through strategic marketing and exceptional customer service. The preferred candidate will have a background in the restaurant sector and a keen interest in operational leadership. Although not mandatory, a college education in a related discipline is viewed favorably.
