Job description
**Job Title: Associate Director**
The Associate Director plays a key role in developing and implementing medical education initiatives, engaging with KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders), and gathering insights that guide medical strategy. This position involves orchestrating cross-functional projects, overseeing advisory board meetings, and ensuring that all medical affairs activities are executed in compliance with regulations. Candidates should possess an advanced doctoral degree (OD, MD, PhD, or PharmD) and have a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience, which includes at least 3 years specifically in Medical Affairs. Exceptional project management abilities, communication skills, and analytical competencies are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with Veeva are also required.
