Job description
The Group Leader will be tasked with managing departmental performance, leading staff, and ensuring successful project delivery. This role also emphasizes the importance of strategic planning, fostering business growth, and cultivating robust relationships with clients. Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related discipline. Furthermore, a minimum of 7 years’ experience in the consulting sector and at least 3 years in a supervisory role is required.
